• Can I schedule the 1-on-1 call sessions at my convenience?
Yes, you can discuss with your health coach to schedule the 1-on-1 call sessions at a time that is convenient for you, between Monday-Friday 9am-7am and Saturday 9am-1pm, excluding public holidays.
• Are the dietitians and nutritionists certified professionals?
Yes, the dietitians and nutritionists in our team are certified professionals with a dietetics/nutrition degree, along with extensive knowledge and experience in their field.
• Can the Premium Plus package help with specific health goals, such as weight loss or managing certain health conditions?
Absolutely! The Premium Plus package is designed to assist individuals in achieving various health goals, including weight loss and managing specific health conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and more.
• Can I freeze my Premium Plus subscription?
Yes, you can write in to us to request to freeze your account. Freezing only applies if your account has more than 1 month to expiry. There will be a reactivation fee of RM8.
• Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the Premium Plus package?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the BookDoc Premium Plus package. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the package details, features, and benefits before making a purchase decision. Our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the package’s offerings. Alternatively, you can write in to us to request to freeze your account. Freezing only applies if your account has more than 1 month to expiry. There will be a reactivation fee of RM8.
