• How do I sync my Apple Health with the BookDoc app?

•Why are my steps in Apple Health not syncing with the BookDoc app?
Each time you open the BookDoc app, a syncing icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the Activ tab. Please allow the syncing process to complete before tapping into the Activ tab. The steps displayed after this immediate sync reflect the steps accumulated on the same day. Step data from previous days will be updated later, typically overnight. Please sync your data every few days, and especially on the last day of each calendar month.
