Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Damansara Perdana for an Administrative Executive. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for General Administration.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
  • Prepare and manage official documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage day-to-day liaison with respective clients and actively participate in client meetings. (Onboarding’s & Events)
  • Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information to both staff and external contacts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients and able to build, maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Open to taking on additional tasks as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environment.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Employment Type: 1-year contract (may transition based on performance)
  • Salary Offered: RM 2,300 and above subject to experience

Are you looking for valuable hands-on experience and mentorship in the field of dietetics? We are looking for passionate and energetic dietitians to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Support in providing nutrition consultations with clients, evaluating their dietary requirements, and providing personalized recommendations aligned with their health goals and medical conditions.
  • Research, design, and develop nutrition education materials for various platforms, including presentation slides, infographics, posters, articles, and social media content (photo and video).
  • Participate in organising and delivering nutrition workshops, cooking demonstrations, and/or health talks to raise awareness about healthy eating in the community.
  • Open to taking on additional tasks as assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates must possess a degree in Dietetics.
  • Ability to speak and write proficiently in both English and Mandarin.
  • Good teamwork abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Skilled in creating engaging slides and utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) effectively. The ability to use Canva or other graphic design platforms would be considered an added advantage.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the management team to execute sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. You will support in developing strategic business plans for new and existing corporate partners with a view to driving user and revenue growth. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders (eg: marketing, design, tech, operations, etc.) to drive business development initiatives and campaigns.

1. Identify and target prospective clients:

  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs, challenges, and pain points
  • Create a target list of potential clients for outreach

2. Business development and sales:

  • Identify sales leads, create sales pipelines, and pitch the company’s services to potential clients
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers and stakeholders through various communication channels
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and proposing tailored solutions
  • Follow up on business opportunities, staying close to client leads to convert deals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

3. Market research and analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends

4. Sales growth and revenue targets:

  • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on progress to the management team

5. Customer relationship management:

  • Build deep and long-lasting relationships with our corporate customers, by understanding their strategic priorities and developing appropriate solutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum qualification of Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or an equivalent field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills.
  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relevant field for this position.
