The talk outlined a comprehensive guide toward shaping an easy experience for eating healthier outside, focusing on empowering employees to make informed decisions that can significantly impact their health.
We held an eventful one-day carnival with Khazanah National Berhad for the KITAsihat Refresher Session in Kuala Lumpur. Many health-focused vendors and interesting booths, including KMI, Garmin, Yakult, Chimi Churri, and BookDoc, were available to meet the event’s theme.
One of our BookDoc booths included individualized nutrition consultation and body composition analysis by our dedicated nutritionists and dietitians.
